So I noticed that when I feed from my own blood, I get a bit of a boost in confidence and emotional stamina. Has anyone else drunk their own blood for this reason? I’m unable to find a donor so this has been what I’ve been doing for a bit

Sometimes people start out drinking their own blood, on purpose or by accident. If we are talking about someone with a dietary need for blood and not someone with an emotional desire for blood, consuming your own blood is not healthy.
Without getting way too basic or general, "energy cannot be created or destroyed, but can be altered from one form to another." Food is energy, so is body heat and motion. You eat food to gain energy. Each time you eat your own blood, you are taking in less energy than the last go around. Not psi energy, I'm talking about the energy in a pop tart, sugar cube or a steak.
Do what you have to do if you think it helps you, but the amount of sustenance you are consuming from your own blood will decrease significantly over time if you do not also have a nutritional diet.

Agree with Cube. Drinking your own blood wont do much of anything and if you take enough it should actually weaken you (because you're loosing blood).
Yes, many Sangs figure out they are Sang when it comes to accidently drinking their own blood (maybe a cut finger etc) but honestly you need a donor (more than one to be fully healthy) to feel any benefit.
If drinking blood only stirs something emotionally or spiritually than you're not a Sanguivore, it might be more of a lust.

Valac Where are you located? Maybe I could point you to some communities that could help you.
I dont know many separate communities but if you are close enough to me, I'll make a recommendation.
