Will microwaving blood from steak or ground beef kill bacteria?

Hello, I saw this, and thought I was put down what I know. If you microwave blood for about 2 minutes, it does get rid of bacteria (don't know what it will taste like after 2 minutes tho). Also, you can boil it on the stove, while stirring constantly.

I've never tried this before and not sure if it would kill bacteria but try using the double boiler method. It would keep the heat from cooking the blood too much as heat does denature blood. If you're not sure of this method look it up, it's pretty simple
