Changes in personality and behaviour

So i need some help. My fiance is vampiric and he is going through some changes that are making us both a little concerned. I'm 24 and my fiance is 22. My fiance had chosen to live his life channeling and using hatred in everything he did and not letting anyone in before me. his relationships were short and he wasn't close with his family. He is a blood drinker as well as a psi. For years he has gone between drinking blood when it was available and feeding off of negative energy and hatred.

When we met I found out he was vampiric because my best friend had a nightmare that he was a vampire and when I told him he confessed the truth. Since getting together my fiance agreed that because I have a child and I was looking for something serious he would try to supress certain aspects of his vamprisim and live more positively. He also has not had blood in quite some time due to lack of availability in our area.

Everything was going well until the last few months. He often goes into this state now that I call the "cold" state. In this frame of mind he shuts off all of his emotions completely. he feels absolutely nothing and he becomes rude and distant. Also in this state his eyes become darker and harder and his body becomes rigid. In this state he does not like to engage in conversation and cannot have sex as he is scared he will lose control and has in the past bit me very very hard. He seems to go into that state for longer periods each time and there is no clear warning when it will hit other then when he is under any sort of stress. He is now trying to meditate frequently to control this. However he feels like he is struggling with two personality types all of a sudden and is not sure which is the real him. He also says that he is feeling stronger and quicker.

My question is is all of this normal? How can he best control that side? I have a small child and I am afraid of how it will effect him if my fiance goes cold in front of him. And it upsets me greatly when he is in that state as i hate feeling that he doesn't love me. We are both scared and worried about what is happening to him. Is this the vamprism getting stronger? Is it due to lack of blood? And is it normal for him to have two different personalities? Any insight and tips would be very very helpful. Thank you in advance!

one vampiric trait would be mood swings. Also, when vampires do go without blood, the mood
swings sometimes are stronger. Mostly because they are not feeling well. They will feel weak,
tired, have headaches, and feel like no matter what they eat or drink, nothing helps. With the
mood swings, they might be trying to hold everything in, and when can't control it anymore,
let it all out at once.
If he's gone without blood for a long time, he can try to eat rare steak, or when buying
steak at a butcher (not a grocery store), ask if they could sell about an 1/8 of a cup of
beef blood, for some old recipes he wants to try. There are a lot of European recipes which
use blood.
However, if he seems to scare you, and you are afraid he might become violent, he might
want to talk with his doctor. He doesn't have to mention the 'V' word. Sometimes there
are other physical reasons that can cause challenges like this. He can say he's having
mood swings, and doesn't know what is causing them.

Give him blood 1 and 2 let him run free especially at night it helps release stress and the moon helps with ur mood it can calm you down
If ur worried about the kid don't leave him alone with him and if his eyes darken walk away it's generally a sign that they're going into "predator mode"
This can be dangerous if he can't control him self but he should be able to with regular blood intake
