Is it possible for a vampire to feed off another person with out their consent?

Yes it is possible, but illegal, and I highly DON'T recommend it. It is not only against the law, but also against the code and morality that most vampires live by. A donor must give their consent, must fully understand what they are doing and the implications of doing so. In most countries the donor must also of be of legal age to blood let - this is usually 18 years old, but check the law in your country before doing anything.

you can feed off of a human being and feed off them for blood but what i understand is that all vampires have to have a consent before doing so
