It has come to my attention that this may be of great use for those unaware of this problem. For those still in school and those who are not. If you allow yourself to sit for long periods of time confined to yourself or around the same people consistently, you will get a build up of energy. This build up of energy is not easily gotten rid of.(speaking from experience)It took me a few days to get rid of said energy by running up and down the road outside my house, exhausting myself. (Moral being: try not to sit around to much if it can be helped, It will help you not have this problem in the long run.
